DevCloud is a product engineering company based in Algeria. We create and maintain our own SaaS platforms — and we help others build theirs. From small startups to enterprise clients, we design scalable systems, fast. Our stack is modern, our mindset is product-first.

From One Client to a SaaS Factory

In 2021, Chawki Mahdi founded DevCloud to build world-class SaaS products for the local market. Our first client — and still a key partner — was Chargily, a fast-growing Algerian fintech company. We built their entire PSP system: backend, API, mobile app, and integrations with CIB and Edahabia.

That collaboration led to CloudStores, a Telegram-based SaaS for mobile top-up and voucher delivery.

Today, we're launching CloudRoutes, a bus management SaaS platform with e-payments, GPS tracking, and passenger tools.
